Jackson Dwelley, truly a next generation winemaker, has a distinct winemaking style. A blend between Old and New World, he is dedicated to crafting premium wines. He continually searches for and sources a unique variety of premium, organic, and sustainably grown grapes from small local growers in our region to bring the best in your glass. Jackson uses modern winemaking methods and techniques, but focuses on minimal intervention to allow natural grape characteristics to flourish in each unique wine.

Jackson began his winemaking journey in Southern California in the hills of Escondido, San Pasqual AVA where he worked his way to Assistant Winemaker after 3 short years. During this time, he obtained his Masters Professional Certificate of Winemaking from UC Davis Enology and Viticulture Program as well as WSET Level 3 Certification. Jackson then returned to Northern California where he worked in Sonoma, Napa, and Clarksburg regions over the next 5 years.
